By Car:
- Take the A23.
- Exit following the signs towards Brighton town centre.
- Upon reaching the roundabout by The Brighton Pier, take the third exit heading west along the seafront on the Kings Road.
- Directly opposite The West Pier is Regency Square. The Artist Residence is situated at the top of the square with a purple door. The square is well sign posted from the seafront - please follow signs for NCP car park.
By Train:
The residence is a 15 minute walk from Brighton station.

- If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
