Recently thoroughly renovated, the Grand Pier’s 200-year-old façade conceals comfortable, modern accommodation and contemporary amenities. There are 10 stylish, modern, and elegantly furnished rooms, each with an en suite shower-room, a 19-inch flat-screen LCD TV with built-in DVD player and free wireless broadband internet access.
Breakfast is included in the price and guests can choose from a lighter continental breakfast and a generous full cooked English breakfast.
The guest house has a great location, within easy reach of all that Brighton has to offer, including the seafront, the pier and The Lanes, with its narrow alleyways of stylish shops and exclusive boutiques. The Grand Pier is also only a few metres from the lively St. James Street, offering fabulous restaurants and bars. |

Directions
By Car (from London):
- From the M25 motorway, head south on the M23 to Brighton.
- Follow the signs towards Brighton Pier and turn left onto Marine Drive.
- Madeira Place is the 5th turning on the left.
- Grand Pier Guest House is located in Madeira Place, approximately 100 metres down, on the left-hand side.
By Train:
The guest house is 0.6 miles (one km) from Brighton railway station. Taxis are readily available from just outside the station. Brighton has excellent rail links, with express services from London Victoria reaching the city in just 50 minutes. There are also regular trains to and from Chichester to the west and Hastings to the east.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
